Tested for 105 minutes at 1275°F, the MVEX-4020 provides outstanding fire protection, keeping the interior temperature below 350°F to ensure your belongings remain unharmed. Additional fire safety features include an intumescent door seal that swells under high heat, sealing out fire and smoke for enhanced protection.
Security features are equally impressive. The six-sided, 2" thick composite body is built to withstand attacks, with 1-1/8" diameter locking bolts that resist prying attempts. Inside the door and body, up to five 1/4" angled hardplates provide maximum defense against drill attacks. Glass relocking devices safeguard the lock from tampering, while a reinforced solid continuous deadbolt on the hinge side ensures the safe remains secure even if the hinges are compromised. For added stability, the MVEX-4020 includes a recessed anchor hole for bolting to a solid surface, a highly recommended measure to prevent unauthorized removal.
The safe comes equipped with a reliable SecuRam digital electronic lock featuring a TopLit keypad for easy access. For those preferring a traditional locking mechanism, a UL-listed Group 2 dial combination lock can be installed for an additional charge.
In addition to its robust protection, the MVEX-4020 offers a sleek and professional appearance. Its textured finish, available in gray, black, and white, is designed for long-lasting durability. - Usually ships within 3-5 Business days.
- For additional shipping options such as inside delivery, please reach out to support@safestoredirect.com for pricing and availability.
- For returns on undamaged products there is a 25% restocking fee and the shipping costs are at your own expense.
- Damaged items must be notated on the carrier's delivery paperwork at the time of delivery before the driver leaves. If damages are suspected, take pictures and make note on the paperwork.
- Do not accept damaged product without notating it on the paperwork. Failure to do so can make it very difficult to successfully claim the damages with the delivery company.
- If the delivery driver will not allow you to inspect the product, do not accept delivery and we will redeliver a new safe or have the current safe re delivered appropriately.
- If you wish to exchange a product for a different one, we do not charge a restocking fee, but you will have to pay for the shipping.
