Fire protection on the MVEX-3516 is among the best in its class. Tested to withstand external temperatures of 1275°F for 105 minutes, the safe’s interior temperature remains below 350°F, ensuring that sensitive items like documents and valuables stay protected from heat damage.
Built for strength, the six-sided, 2" thick composite body of the MVEX-3516 provides robust protection against burglary. It features 1-1/8" diameter chrome-plated locking bolts and up to five angled 1/4" hardplates strategically placed inside the door and body to prevent drill attacks. Relocking devices, activated by a glass plate, protect the lock from tampering, while a reinforced solid continuous deadbolt on the hinge side ensures security even if the hinges are compromised. The safe also includes a recessed anchor hole to securely bolt it to a solid surface, a highly recommended step to prevent unauthorized removal.
The standard locking mechanism on the MVEX-3516 is a SecuRam digital electronic lock with a TopLit keypad, providing quick and convenient access. For those who prefer a traditional option, a UL-listed Group 2 dial combination lock is available as an upgrade.
In addition to its superior security features, the MVEX-3516 MagnaVault offers a modern and durable finish in textured gray, black, or white. The interior includes two adjustable tempered glass shelves, adding both functionality and style to the design.

- For returns on undamaged products there is a 25% restocking fee and the shipping costs are at your own expense.
- Damaged items must be notated on the carrier's delivery paperwork at the time of delivery before the driver leaves. If damages are suspected, take pictures and make note on the paperwork.
- Do not accept damaged product without notating it on the paperwork. Failure to do so can make it very difficult to successfully claim the damages with the delivery company.
- If the delivery driver will not allow you to inspect the product, do not accept delivery and we will redeliver a new safe or have the current safe re delivered appropriately.
- If you wish to exchange a product for a different one, we do not charge a restocking fee, but you will have to pay for the shipping.
